This page should state clearly which packages are allowed to go to the following repositories :
- Official free repositories (Main + Contrib)
- Official non-free repository

Free repositories
All software whose license is listed as "Open-source" on this page is allowed to go Main and Contrib repositories with the following exceptions

The following codecs and usage are allowed

If your package makes use of not-allowed codecs or allows using the codec in a non-authorized way, you must patch it to remove this functionality so that the software can go to the official repositories.
Data
All images / videos / sounds / musics contained in the package must be free, as described by OSI or FSF and should not contain any patented or copyrighted material.
