[edit] PCI cards

[edit] Belkin F5U508ea combo USB/Firewire PCI card

  • USB: tested with several USB storage devices, USB 2.0 Lexar mutli-Card reader and a USB/Firewire hard drive on USB port and it works perfectly.
  • Firewire: My firewire hard drive does not work when plugged through the firewire
  • Firewire: The Canpous ADVC-110 video capturing/converting device works when using Kino as the capturing software.


[edit] Firewire devices

  • Canopus ADVC-110: Perfectly works with Kino.
  • Ultra Mini Portable Disk USB/Firewire hard drive: Does not work when connected to the Belkin PCI card through the firewire.


[edit] Firewire External/Internal hubs

  • SIIG firewire/USB internal front hub: works perfectly when attached to the Belkin F5U508ea PCI card.
