LCD Monitors

AOC LM720

A very nice and cheap 17" 1280x1024 LCD monitor. It installs smoothly under Mandriva Linux 9.1. Your only problem might be if you are driving it with a very old video card, since it seems to require a fairly precise frequency in native mode. If you can get 1024x768 out of it but not 1280x1024 try changing the video card. (My Hercules 3D Prophet (Nvidia GeForce 2 Ti) works fine.)

BenQ FP71G+

A very nice 17" 1280x1024 LCD monitor with 8 ms response time. Works right out of the box.

Envision EN7410 17"LCD

Worked right out of the box.

Microtek 815C

Works perfect out of the box detected as plug and play but change to generic lcd @1280x1024.

Nec Multisync LCD 1760nx

AugustinMa's brother is experiencing difficulties to make this monitor work with the nVidia driver (nVIDIA GeForce 4 MX graphic card).

Viewsonic G90f

Worked right out of the box.
