This page is a first work document to list all proposed ideas for technical specifications for Mandriva Linux 2012 release. Please list all needed information so that we can ask for more information if needed. It's also important to fill a bug in Bugzilla to keep history for any kind of proposal.
How to submit a suggestion into Bugzilla
- If you are not yet registered in Bugzilla, create an account
- Log in
- Enter a new issue into Bugzilla. Select "New".
- Select "Mandriva Linux: The base Mandriva Linux distribution"
- Where it says "Component" select the component that your suggestion/idea is related to.
- Where it says "Version", select "Cooker".
- Select the "Hardware Platform".
- Add a basic summary and a detailed description of your suggestion/idea.
- In the "Severity" field, choose "enhancement".
- Click on "Submit Bug Report"
Voting in Bugzilla
Ehm, Please modify this procedure, the bugs.votes field was removed one or 2 years ago, is no longer possible to vote a bug (Moreno)

These 'may' reflect the level of demand for an enhancement or fix.
