Errata

- due to the recent Mandriva web changes, it looks as though the 9.1 errata is lost
Proposed Errata
- libqt forcing AA on X servers that don't support RENDER (all XFree86-3.x and vncserver) crashes Qt apps (including mdkkdm etc)
- Note that this has been fixed with a bugfix update
- No ACL support
- Fixed by official update to kernel 2.4.21-0.25mdk
- Thomas Backlund's MDK 9.1 stuff
- Updated boot images for highmem+large-mem-framebuffer and Promise IDE controller installation problems
