This use case puts into practice a data model covering the Mandriva Linux specific domain. This data model contains data types such as the following ones: Hardware, Software, Distribution, DistributionVersion, Package, Archive, SourcePackage, Patch, etc. The objective is to assist developers and users in exchanging textual information more efficiently when submitting bugs, browsing documentation or asking questions by being contextually helped by an engine that analyses the text and outputs a structured view of it that can be processed by a program.
