The information under the section Updating your system#How to Update from Version N to N + 1 is not consistent. Translation of this language from Fr. to En. was not clear and I'm not sure what it's really supposed to say. Does the information there apply to versions prior to 2009 or not?

Another: "(in effect, Dkms binary packages will be published only for supported kernels, in "hand", which excludes kernels -tmb, for instance.)" What does this mean ("in 'hand'")?

For the link you've talked about, it's fine and means what it is supposed to be apparently. I don't see any problem. But for the in hand thing, I have no idea for now. PErhaps simplifying the sentence could be better.
