OK, I've tried this process, but currently all I get is the 2010.2 packages

Is something missing?

Try running the following command instead of the one proposed: For 32 bits urpmi.addmedia --distrib --mirrorlist http://mirror.yandex.ru/mandriva/official/2011/i586 For 64 bits urpmi.addmedia --distrib --mirrorlist http://mirror.yandex.ru/mandriva/official/2011/x86_64/ Somebody changed it to use mirrorlist, but I think that way you were using 2010 repo. Please, confirm here if it works to change it in the upgrading manual.
