I propose to add an entry to the X.org section :

CTRL-ALT-BACKSPACE doesn't restart X

In the new X.org release, the shortkey to restart X is by default desactivated. To restore to the old state, edit the xorg.conf file and add to ServerFlags section : Option "DontZap" "false"

I added this back as for me at least it doesn't seem solved at all. ps: resolved issues should be moved to resolved not out of the wiki

VFAT partitions not mountable because diskdrake sets umask= instead of umask=0

When selecting the option do make a vfat partition writable for users or when doing a fresh install the umask is empty instead om zero, making the partition unmountable. To workaround or solve this problem select the partition, select toggle to expert mode, select options and speficy the value for umask to be 0 in the list of options, then click done. Still can't boot from Intel ICH9 RAID0 partitions

Okay, I thought this would finally be sorted with 2009 Spring as it has been asked for so often before. So I performed an install, Mandriva correctly found my Intel SATA RAID0 on my Asus Rampage Formula motherboard and asked if I wanted to activate it. I ticked yes. I thought I was onto a winner. Disk partitioning and installation went fine and the bootloader install appeared to run.
However, upon reboot the machine just booted into Windows. No Grub menu appeared (Lilo wasn't offered during install by the way). I put in the DVD and chose boot from Hard Disk option and it still just booted Windows.
What is the point of letting me go through all the installation process only to find I cannot boot the install? Another afternoon wasted :(
Yet another version of Mandriva that cannot deal with RAID. This Intel RAID chip is found on just about every single Intel based motherboard out there. Why can't this be sorted out? This used to work on 2008.0!!

I think this message would have more chance to make any difference with a bugzilla report
