Summary of existing Mandriva Linux GPG keys

In the past there have been problems with packages being signed with unknown keys, or sometimes not signed at all. To avoid searching high and low for the correct key files to import, here are all the official Mandriva Linux GPG keys in one place. Of course, this is just a workaround, and we would really prefer the problem being fixed...

It seems someone had problems to understand how to add gpg-keys in the rpm database, so: after downloading the attached files, one way to do that is to run from console as root the command rpm --import file_name.asc (i.e. asc, contrib.asc, updates.asc, devel.asc and/or jpackage.asc).

We give you into consideration to check their fingerprint with GnuPG beforehand, because potentially anyone can register in this Wiki and replace the files that are available here.

Alternatively, the known keys may be obtained as usual from keyservers through GnuPG and imported into a local pubring.gpg. But in that case those keys should be stripped in gpg of extraneous signatures and the result cleanly exported to a(n) ascii armored file(s) - or STDOUT - which can then be imported by rpm as above.
