As a simple user you can still access svn.mandriva.com.

All you have to do is

svn co http://svn.mandriva.com/svn/<module_name>

for example, you might get the latest development snapshot of gcc typing

snv co http://svn.mandriva.com/svn/packages/cooker/gcc
