Development/Ideas/packages-mandriva-com
From Mandriva Community Wiki
I think that could be really interesting clone http://packages.gentoo.org/ including information about mandriva supported versions packages (currently 2007.0, 2007.1 and cooker).
For example:
- In left corner, packages recently added in cooker, updates, backports and testing repos could be announced
- In main, the package with its description with the following links and information:
- Title + most recently uploaded version
- Description
- Changelog
- Box with i586 and x86_64 versions (may be also ppc?) with the following colors:
- green -> Current stable rpms ("release" repo for 2007.0 and 2007.1)
- blue -> Current updates rpms
- yellow -> Current "testing" rpms for 2007.0 and 2007.1
- red -> Cooker releases
- Link to the upstream Homepage
- Link to License information
- Link to Changelog (very useful, I think...)
- Link to related bugs (also very interesting for quickly viewing pending bugs)
- Link to forums related posts (I think that this could be optional)
It could be based in http://sophie.zarb.org/
Thanks a lot
